do not like "bulking" up their muscles too much (and even feel this bulks them up) in which case you would want to do things like running and walking - lots of reps, little load. Let me know if you'd like any further advice.
could just be that she has really long legs, but you want to sit a little deeper to activate more muscle fibres. If she went a few inches lower it would be more intense thus getting better results.
is basicly sitting. You need to sit the same way, moving the butt away from the legs. Squat is a squat, and the knees should be in alignment with the foot and the back should be straight by arching the lower back in.

intense. It would also get to a point of m knees being under a bit much strain - they don't like too deep a bend as I had a knee operation when younger. So yes, 100% agree, more intense if lower! Thank you!

twice in two days and my legs feel like they are ganna fall off. They hardest part is the pulsing squats, I can't even get through that part yet!!!
