 sure there is no shortage of pesto. I have been using almonds and walnuts instead of super pricey pine nuts with good results. Pesto goes with pasta, but it is also great on pizza and omelets. Or, split a baguette, spread it with pesto, and add roasted red peppers, smoked ham, and provolone or m
